E' una scheda di acquisizione video per TVCC; i 4 connettori bnc servono per le telecamere, mentre l'ultimo per acquisire eventuali segnali di sensori esterni e collegare carichi attuati dai relè presenti sulla scheda. Alcune, sempre attraverso quel connettore, sono predisposte per eventuali ingressi audio, ma a vedere la legenda sul pcb, la tua sembrerebbe di no...
Se non sai come usarla e riesci a procurarti i driver (magari non sono neanche necessari), io ci farei un'ottima webcam
