Small update, I tested a bit and after I remove only the screws from the backplate (let the backplate on the card) the coil whine was gone 100%.
You can just try to remove the 2 screws that are near the slot, should reduce the whine a lot.

EK waterblock backplate Strix.
Remove the two screws next to the socket and your coil whine issue with the backplate is gone/near gone.
For me it is nearly gone, but even better than with the Strix Air cooler

Ho provato:
ad aria
full liquid
full liquid lasciando le viti mezze avvitate
liquid senza backplate
full liquid con pad da 2mm e non da 1mm, perché avevo dubbi che gli induttori toccassero realmente il wb (non fatelo, poi il chipset non tocca bene)
risultato peggiore era full liquid, però era anche il day1. Tutti gli altri è più o meno uguale. La scheda "canta", o si sistema da sola o va cambiata/sistemata c'è poco da fare temo. Il backplate a quanto ho capito fa risonanza, tutto qua.
