riguardo il clock modulation:
Clock Modulation will slow your CPU down internally. The more clock modulation you use, the more clock pulses are ignored by the CPU. That's why the temps drop when using this while fully loaded. Your CPU isn't working as hard internally even though it will continue to report the same MHz. This was invented by Intel during the Pentium 4 era for heat control. It's handy when testing or to keep a laptop from burning through your lap. It can also be used to extend battery life while watching a movie.
