Allora, il boot.ini è presente solo nel disco IDE insieme anche ai file ntdetect.com, ntldr e bootfont.inf

Il contenuto del boot.ini è:
[boot loader]
timeout=1
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Che dici, se copio questi file nella root del disco SATA risolvo?
