NVIDIA discontinued making the Crush 18 and they are supplying ALL the motherboard manufactures with 18D. AFAIK, there are no difference between those 2 versions except 400Mhz Barton Support. And NO, you can not RMA your v1.2 or below boards for the v2.0 boards.
As far as availability, I am not sure at this time.
