Forse ti aiuta... e se provi a fare un cerca sul forum di Planet Medal of Honor usando come termine "grey screen" ti viene fuori qualcosa... non sò quanto effettivamente servano, comunque...

OK, make sure you have no blood patches installed. Without deleting MOHAA use auto run on the cd and "Install" it over the old copy. Then update it with the patch. Then you just simply run autostart (this is essential)and click "Play" from there. The grey screen WILL still come up, but go downstairs and make some coffee or something cos in a few mins MOH will work!
In pratica non devi avere patch per il sangue installate.Fai l'autorun dal cd e installi sopra alla vekkia copia di Medal.Poi
SEMPRE DALL'AUTORUN DEL CD fai gioca..la skermata grigia torna..poi vai da qlke parte a farti un caffè
lasciando lì la skermata grigia..e quando torni dovrebbe funzionare..
