Se hai il modem ethernet devi usare solo ed esclusivamente il programma Enthernet 300. ( a meno che tu non abbia win Xp )
Se ti va in time out chiaramente c'è un problema sulla linea. Devi contattare il 187 e fartela mettere a posto. E' l'unica soluzione !
