Search for all files on C:\ that start with 'nv*'. This will show you all NVidia files.
You'll see a lot of localized NVidia Help-files (nvcp*.hlp) and localized 'nvrs*.dll'-files.
These are the files responsible for showing localized NV Control Panels and Help-files.
Nvcpeng.hlp & Nvrseng.dll are the English ones to be used (DO NOT DELETE THESE)
Delete all other nvcp*.hlp & nvrs*.dll files, especially the ones for your own country.
Be carefull not to wipe needed .dll's, or you got to start all over again after reinstalling the driver.
Just leave those in the Recycle Bin, so you can recover them when needed.
As I don't know where you're from, I can't confirm which 2 files to delete.
non ho avuto il tempo di testarlo, sembra attendibile visto che effettivamente st'errore dipende dai drivers.

ma siamo sicuri che dobbiamo cancellare tutti questi files ?
cmq bisogna capire se questo errore č una delle solite cose tipo errori di win che ci sono ma il sistema funziona lo stesso oppure effettivamente provoca un calo di prestazioni. .....lo sapevo che non dovevo cambiare i driver
