Premesso che esistono diversi metodi all'installazione, ecco un tipico esempio per una installazione partendo dai sorgenti.
Scaricare il file .tar.gz
Avviare la konsole:
1) Su
2) Password di root
3) tar -zxvf thunderbird[TAB]
4) cd thunderbird[TAB]
5) ./configure
6) make
7) make install
