Si può vedere anche sul secondario, sfruttando un bug dei driver, quando vai ad attivare la TV, clicca sul pulsante primario della TV e non toccare quello del monitor, così facendo il monitor cala a 60hz di refresh, e rimane premuto il tasto del primaro anche nel monitor, e così puoi vederli sia sul monitor che sulla TV.

Perchè non usate la "modalità teatro" (theater mode)??? Il monitor resta tranquillamente primario con il suo refresh ottimale e, senza fare niente, avete il film sulla TV a tutto schermo...
Avanzate-->overlay-->modalità teatro...
