Payment Received
This means that you order has come through to our systems but has not yet been authorised and so payment has not yet been taken.

Out of Stock
Unfortunately, we are temporarily out of stock of this product. As soon as stock comes back into stock we will despatch it to you immediately. An automated e-mail will have been sent to the e-mail address registered with us, explaining how that the item is not currently available.

If you have ordered a number of items and one or more items are out of stock, we will not hold up your entire order waiting for the out-of-stock items or new releases to arrive in stock. All stock will be sent when it becomes available. We will contact you by your registered email if items placed within your order are out of stock.

Complete & Despatched
Your order has come through to our systems and has been processed and despatched. An automated e-mail will have been sent to the e-mail address registered with us, confirming this. Please check delivery options section in order to obtain an estimated date of arrival based on the delivery service you selected.

Pending
You have probably ordered multiple items where one (or more) items have been despatched and one (or more) are awaiting despatch.

Checked Out
Your order was not successfully completed. Either credit/debit card details were not inputted or for security reasons the operation timed out

Rejected
Your order has been rejected. An automated e-mail will have been sent to the e-mail address registered with us, explaining how this may have been rejected. For any other help please contact support@codejunkies.com

Lost and Missing Deliveries
Please ensure that your order has been processed by Codejunkies. Codejunkies always send a follow up e-mail to confirm the shipping status of your order once payment has been taken.

We try and send all our orders as promptly as possible but sometimes there can be unforeseen delays in delivery. For orders placed using a traceable service, it may be worthwhile contacting your local Postal sorting office as they may have been unable to deliver your package and be holding it there

If your delivery address is outside the U.K you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Il mio ordine all'inizio risultava payment received , ma se nn ho capito male è la prima fase dove di fatto i soldi nn sono stati presiin pratica devono analizzare l'ordine.( chi sa meglio l'inglese mi smentisca pure..)

ora risulta rejected..

In teoria nn dovrei avere problemi con i soldi..

cmq è veramente brutto trovarsi con dei problemi sugli acquisti on line soprattutto se nn parlano italianoe per avere dei chiarimenti ci vogliono giorni e nn si ha un riferimento..

a sto punto prima di riordinare da loro cipenso un pò..
