Hai scaricato il manuale completo della mobo?
A pagina 32 c'è spiegato la funzionalità "Safe Boot" associata ad un jumper (si trova sulla destra delle porte SATA del chip Silicon, proprio sotto al chip del Bios).
Ti riporto quanto scritto lì:
"JP1 is used to safely reboot the system whenever the system hangs and you are unable to restart the system.
1. Power-off the system and unplug the power cord.
2. Set JP1 pins 2 and 3 to On. Wait for a few seconds then set
JP1 back to its default setting, pins 1 and 2 On.
3. Plug the power cord and power-on the system. The system will
reboot normally without losing all data stored in the CMOS."
