Most likely, your Norton Antivirus is causing the error. I suggest to uninstall\reinstall the above software one at a time and see what happens.

, si, effettivamente non è vero che non ho installato nulla, ho installato POCO ma qualcosa si ...secondo quanto ho trovato sul sito della Microsoft è un errore hardware, però ho fatto il test della RAM e guasti non ne ho trovati. Può essere la scheda madre o il processore? Brrrrrrr.....
