Simile a Foobar non saprei indicarti, oltre all'ovvio Itunes prova Vlc che, se non erro consente una gestione client/server
Per l'ultima domanda spiacente, non so aiutarti, tuttavia credo che da Thunderbird a Thunderbird basti copiare per itnero il profilo utente.
