A chi può essere utilie che come me si trova nella stessa situazione, ho contattato il supporto seagate, che devo dire ottimo servizio, disponibilità immediata, solo l'unica pecca è che ci si può comunicare solo in lingua inglese, infatti non accettano testi in italiano, e cmq mi hanno descritto come fare e il perchè di quell'errore, ecco la risposta in lingua inglese:
Hello .................,
The file structure test error may not be true. We suggest further testing
the drive's file structure using CHKDSK through windows XP. This may be
occurring with our seatools test utility only when testing larger NTFS
partitions...this is no fault to you.
From the XP desktop click on Start / Run / Cmd and type in CHKDSK /F and
it will test the drive like seatools. Let us know if the file structure
test still fails.
