I am assuming that you are referring to RF (radio frequency)Wireless devices. Optical devices are not so susceptible to interference.
Most of these new devices, respond to a particular keyboard and mouse, allowing the use of multiple cordless systems in a single room.
They offer Multiple Channels and up to 256 User IDs. This is the best solution to reduce the inevitable interferences.
