To all the friends and worldwide family of Roelof. Roelof passed away on Tuesday, November 16. For those of you who have followed this weblog, you know not only of his struggles, but also of his grace, faith, and courage in dealing with them. Throughout the past few years, Roelof and Loela were strengthened by your prayers, your thoughts, and your friendship. While Roelof's life on earth may have ended, his work in Heaven has only just begun. Remember Roelof not for his accomplishments, which were indeed numerous, but remember him for the faith that he showed in following a life with Christ, the life that he lived, and the grace and courage that he showed to us all when confronted with adversity. We should rejoice in the time when he was present with us, and look forward to when we can meet again.

Ha lottato fino alla fine con coraggio e molta fede conto la grave malattia che lo ha colpito, quella fede che sicuramente adesso gli riserverā una vita eterna nel paradiso del Signore.
Grazie Roelof per tutto quello che hai fatto durante la vita terrena, per il supporto che hai dato al progetto seti con il tuo programma, ma soprattutto per questa grande prova di Fede e Coraggio che hai mostrato a tutti noi.
Continueremo felicemente per molto tempo ad usare il tuo programma pensando al passato quando tu eri con noi, e guarderemo al futuro quando potremo nuovamente rincontrarci.
