su alcune asus c' è un led che segnala proprio la presenza di tensione sulla linea +5V-STANDBY , dovrebbe essere quello che intendi tu
è stato aggiunto apposta per sapere se l' interruttore principale è in conduzione o no, e non rischiare errori tipo inserire o togliere processore o memorie con la macchina sotto tensione
sulle MB asus che ho /ho avuto (fino alla p4PE) non è gestito via SW o jumper, quindi non puoi decidere se lasciarlo spento o no
comunque è un quesito che riguarda le MainBoard piuttosto dei processori ...
