Reinstall OS?
For the Wdmaud.sys problem, install the latest Service Pack.
For the Ntfs.sys problem, the solution is very complex, however, you could run the SFC /SCANNOW command and see if the System file can be fixed, otherwise you may need to reinstall the Operatig System.
