Lifetime Limited Warranty

Mushkin warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this Mushkin product, when shipped in its original container, will be free from defects and agrees that it will, at its option, repair or replace (with a similar available product) the defective product, if any malfunction should occur, at no charge to the purchaser for parts and labor, provided:


(1) the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired or modified, and

(2) the product is still owned by the original purchaser, and

(3) the product was properly installed in the original machine for which it was purchased and used in its recommended environment.
