Da quello che leggo su Internet il modello sembra essere il PSELN128GA87MC0, un OEM di Phison, lo puoi anche leggere sotto con "Phison Electronics Corp." Le performance nel taglio da 128GB sono assolutamente penose e non da PCIe 4.0 (1000-500 MB/s), il controller può essere un Phison E19T visto il nichel che lo ricopre, altrimenti E21T. E27T dubito viste le performance...
Se volessimo maggiori info. servirebbe che scaricassi il FID di VLO qui, più precisamente "Phison nvme flash id2 (for E7,E8,E12,E13,E16,E18,E19,E21,E25?,E26,E27,S12,S13?)". Estrai il RAR, avvii l'EXE, selezioni il drive e posti lo screenshot qui, poi vediamo che controller e NAND flash usa. |
