Basterebbe prendersi la briga, andare in giro a raccattare i "rifiuti inutilizzabili", cambiargli OS (Win10ltsc, Win11 scavalcando il TPM, o una distro Linux) e rivenderli...
Neanche servirebbero modifiche/miglioramenti hardware...
