Premetto che dal basso della mia ignoranza temo che Taddeo abbia ragione, però dato che non costa nulla puoi cercare in rete\chiedere al produttore se esiste una master key da usare in questi casi, per gli hdd meccanici so che esiste anche se comunque una volta usata fa perdere tutti i dati...
