Questa cosa sembra stupefacente, tutti gli utenti windows tengono il loro ryzen 9 a 3700 mhz anche in idle?
Non ho ancora avuto un ryzen 9 sotto mano ma su Linux attivando amd-pstate la frequenza in idle puo scendere a 550 mhz
