I dati puoi recuperarli con un qualsiasi software da chiavetta usb o cd, tipo UBCD, HirensCD o una qualsiasi distro di linux live. Poi puoi procedere alla formattazione a zero. Immagino che tu abbia W10 che crea di questi sfracelli ad ogni nefasto aggiornamento.
