Perché per me una modifica HW vuol dire una modifica sul silicio.
Un aggiornamento di una parte "programmata", per quanto a basso livello e strettamente legata al funzionamento del chip, io non la ritengo HW.
Dal mio punto di vista è una modifica firmware. E' un mio schema mentale
