Fai una ricerca nel Market con "EMF".
Ho scaricato "Ultimate EMF Detector Free" e "Gauss Meter".
Ovviamente il telefono deve avere un sensore di campo magnetico. Io ho un Sony Xperia Z1 con Android 5.1.1.
