Se si vuole limare la spesa basta mettere un ocz trion (48€)/kingston hyperx fury(43)/corsair ls(45€) da 120GB come ssd e mettere come gpu una amd 370.
Con questa configurazione anche se vecchiotta ci può tranquillamente giocare (la amd 370 su un monitor 1280x1024 va fin troppo bene).
Per i monitor con 100€ non è che ci sia moltissima scelta, puoi guardare asus vs229h o samsung S22D300HY ma sinceramente spenderei 130€ per un asus vx229h o aoc 2460sh.
