When we refund an order (for any reason) a credit is automatically issued back to the card used for the principal amount of the transaction by 1:00 A.M. (Eastern Standard Time). Most banks, however, process these credit requests manually and they can take anywhere from 1-7 days up to 2 full billing cycles to appear back on your card. You will show the original charge on your billing statement. The credit will not appear on your statement until after it has been processed by the bank.
