Per iniziare eliminerei avast per MSE, poi scansione con MalwareBytes aggiornato e SuperAntiSpyware free, infine scansione con HijackThis e log postato qui come allegato.
Le temperature massime sono un po' alte, forse serve una pulizia interna.
