Non e' molto chiaro, ma nella licenza c'e' scritto che il seriale e' valido per una copia 'di provenienza originale' adobe. E dato che e' scaricabile direttamente dal loro sito mi sa' che e' legale: hanno probabilmente fatto un casino e reso disponibile il software a tutti per errore, ma ormai la frittata e' fatta e non possono rimangiarsela.
EULA:
"2. Software License. If you obtained the Software from Adobe or one of its authorized licensees and as long as you comply with the terms of this agreement, Adobe grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software in the manner and for the purposes described in the Documentation, as further set forth below."
