1. Go to C:\Windows >Delete all .pwl files

2. Run > Sysedit >Open system.ini
[Password Lists]
Delete all lines under this list
Close and Save changes

3. Start >Settings >Control Panel>Network >For Primary Network Login choose >Windows Logon >In Password Properties >Check "All users of this PC use the same preferences and desktop settings".
