quindi: prendere hdd della precedente generazione ed attaccarli tramite adattatore plasticoso viola le condizioni di utilizzo...
Edit: lo stesso discorso vale per i dischi customizzati o quelli comprati su siti di dubbia provenienza. Sono dei dischi fantasma (ghost disks) ed espongono a rischio ban
esattamente come la modifica per le copie di backup. Trovo poco degno tutto ciò (visto anche il prezzo di un hdd da 250gb) ma non è la sede giusta per intavolare la discussione. Sempre dallo stesso forum

I would always air on caution when buying anything from unknown retailers and especialy sellers from ebay. The Xbox 360 hard drive is actualy a 2.5" laptop hard drive inside a special case. If it's fake, the hard drive has been modified with the Xbox 360 file system to make it work in a 360 console.
Bear in mind that there is also no way of knowing if the hard drive is new. It could have come out of a laptop that was 2 years old. It may be faulty with bad sectors. It could fail taking all your saves with it. Generaly fake 360 hard drives don't load original Xbox games either as they are missing the emulator and the 2GB used for a cache that original Xbox expect to be there.
It's like buying some cheap counterfit 'Nike' trainers from some dodgy market, or via ebay. Sure they may look like the real thing, they may even feel good to wear like the real thing, but will they last as long as the real thing?
