Qualche problemi c'è, seleziona e fixa queste voci:

Poi c'è questo exe che dovrebbe essere uno spyware
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe
cerca nel pc tutte le voci relative anche nel registro ed eliminale, magari dai anche una passta con MalwareBytes e SuperAntiSpyware entrambi aggiornati
