Ciao!, anche io ho il tuo stesso telefono, e stò provando in questo momento a fare l'upgrade. Anche a me si è bloccata a metà l'applicazione, ma penso che sia per colpa del firewall del pc.
Ascolta, ho guardato sul sito dell'alcatel ed ho visto che bisogna sbloccare le porte da firewall:
If the One Touch Upgrade tool reports a connection failure, then it is likely that at least one of these ports is blocked by a firewall, proxy, anti-virus or other security tools.
In order to access the One Touch Upgrade service, the software upgrade tool needs to set up connection to our servers on the following two communication ports:
* Tcp/30007
* Tcp/30008
The used protocol doesn’t support proxy. If you have a proxy or if you know you are behind a proxy, you have to configure it in order to allow direct connection on these previously listed ports.
Ossia, bisogna andare in windows firewall ed aggiungere le porte elencate sopra, dopo dovrebbe funzionare. Io ho provato ad attivarle mentre stò facendo l'aggiornamento. Segnalo poi se è andato a buon fine o meno.
