So far I haven't had any issues. This is a modified driver so you do have to disable Windows' Driver Signature enforcement.

There are other benefits, a few tweaks and also made some options available that you can't use on the official.

Personalmente la trovo un pò troppo complessa come operazione, quindi non credo che installerò i 10.9a, ma pare che altri utenti si siano trovati bene, riscontrando migliorie nella qualità grafica.
