eh, c'è una certa differenza sulla cifra da spendere 
dipende da quanto vuoi spendere, magari potresti limitarti a sostituire l'accoppiata vga&cpu (la mobo supporta almeno i dual core se non sbaglio)
è ovvio che se ti interessa avere un pc realmente performante sarebbe il caso di rifarlo daccapo
