Istallati le norton utilities e fatti un win doctor, se e' un collegamento mancante te lo systema.
Un giro di antivirus non sarebbe male, e magari una pulita dei programmi installati che non ti servono +.
Prova a chiudere a mano i programmi che hai in background e poi prova a chiudere win.
