Please check the gamma of the pc mode in standard mode again. It looked like about 1.8 instead of normal 2.2 on my U2410 monitor.
* This was determined to be error on the customer side using bad calibrators. Our displays are at 2.2.

I think it will be better If RGB gain or Color Temperature could be adjusted for all modes. Or at least in sRGB and adobeRGB modes.
* The displays are calibrated at the factory for the best color temperature. There are already video cards that can adjust the individual RGB to fine tune.

I hope that Dynamic Contrast could be turned on or off in Multimedia mode.
* That is only available in Video mode and Game Color preset. There was never an intent to add this to multimedia mode.

I hope that all the options of user mode including Hue and Saturation could be adjusted by DDC/CI. If Dell do not have a plan to support mouse/keyboard control, then I can do it by myself.
* We will not be adding this functionality to this model monitor.

Se c'è qualcosa che non va è colpa dell'utente finale o è così che è stata concepita. Ergo... A cosa serve questo supporto tecnico?

Comunque ciò che maggiormente mi lascia perplesso è la questione del gamma.
Devo concludere che il mio LaCie blue eye pro riporta un gamma 1.8 per il preset Standard (e 2.2 per sRGB e aRGB) poiché è un bad calibrator? Faccio notare fin da subito che il gamma è pari a 1.8 anche per altri tre-quattro software utilizzati con lo stesso colorimetro. Qualche idea?
