Nel caso di R600 sono già state rilasciate le specifiche, ma il driver della novell (radeonhd) non è ancora stato rilasciato perché ancora troppo acerbo.
Radeon (quello della comunità) e radeonhd (novell) sono due driver completamente distinti.
