perchè non hai continuato nel thread dedicato?
resetta il router via 192.168.1.1, metti di nuovo PPPoE LLC VPI=0(Turchia se non ricordo male) VCI=35 username\password
metti il TCP/IP in automatico
se persiste metti sul TCP/IP SOLO i seguenti DNS(lasciando quindi l'IP in automatico):
208.67.220.220
4.2.2.4
se persiste hai qualche porcheria sul PC(Norton, Zone Allarm, ant-spyware o simili)
