Non capisco, non solo mi sembra un provvedimento inutile, ma mi sembra anche incostituzionale e discriminatorio.
Perche' se qualcuno decide di vivere senza fissa dimora questo deve essere schedato?? Saro' libero di vivere come preferisco o no??
