ciao a tutti...
the Cleaner finita la fase di scansione mi dice che si è verificato un problema e mi invita a leggere il log elencandomi i file che non è riuscito ad aprire:

FILE: D:\hiberfil.sys

PROBLEM: I could not scan this file. Error Code 32: "Impossibile accedere al file. Il file è utilizzato da un altro processo."

SOLUTION: A common reason for this error is that Windows has locked the file for
SOLUTION: exclusive access. A swap file is a common example. Also, an antivirus
SOLUTION: program might be denying access to the file. In that case, you can
SOLUTION: temporarily disable the anti-virus to clean the trojan.

NOD32 mi dice che pure lui "NON è RIUSCITO AD APRIRE GLI STESSI FILE".

Cos'è? un trojan , un virus o cosa?
nessuno dei due programmi mi dà opzione di rimozione o altro...
...quindi? che fare?

P.S: Amon di Nod32 era disabilitato al momento della scansione di The Cleaner
