cmq ragazzi sembra che siamo giunti a una soluzione
ho controllato e sembra che alcuni studenti abbiano trovato la soluzione al problema senza usare un pc virtuale.

THE SOLUTION
The HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/VoipStunt/VoipStunt in the registry contains the iformation about VoipStunt,
history and so on.
I tried to delete all history entries with usernames and set some parameters to 0, deleted
all the files in C:\Documents and Settings\–User–\Application Data\Voipstunt
and I was able to register 3 new accounts.
I will check it out more exactly and send a detailed instruction.
32 error resolved
As someone said before that go to registry and he deleted the history and then
to Document and Setting and deleted the history there. I did the same but little different.
I opened Registry went to search and typed (Voipstunt) Then searched and deleted any
folder i found which to me were releated to any history of the program. Remember
to delete all the folder not just the keys.
Then went to document and setting/ Username/ Applicancian Data/ Voipstunt
and deleted Voipstunt folder. Then restarted the PC and it allowed me to register.
Without giving me error.
