Dell have released details of their new 23" screen on their Canadian website at least. The new S2309W (not to be confused with the SP2309W which is also coming soon!) offers a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 5ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness and 170/160 viewing angles. The screen features VGA and DVI interfaces, along with a basic tilt adjustment from the stand.
The screen is TN Film based, and looks to be using Samsung's newest 23" LTM230HT01 panel. No word in release dates or prices yet.
