A member from the maxconsole forum has uploaded videos of the In-Game XMB in action and trophy screens. There is one showing the in-game XMB being used from a game title screen and one showing it being used during gameplay.
The videos and shots were taken from test kits with the 2.4 release of the dev firmware.
