Sia sul pc che sul portatile ho win xp. Ho provato a reinstallare xp sul portatile (riformattando la partizione) e il problema è sempre presente; ho addirittura installato UBUNTU e il problema si presenta anche in questo ambiente. Il portatile è un toshiba satellite A100-750.
