Io aspetterei a sparare sentenze
Ho lo stesso problema con peer guardian 2 , il programma non si avvia perchè non è certificato Vista , ho cercato sul sito ufficiale di phoenix lab e guarda perchè questo programma GRATUITO non è certificato :

E' evidente che per quanto siano capaci gli sviluppatori spendere 300/500 dollari l'anno per un programma che fanno gratuitamente non è cosa da poco .
Penso nella stessa condizione siano tutti i milioni di programmatori di applicazioni gratuite sparsi nel mondo .
