Ok, but since the System Registry and\or the..
Software Registry were recorrupted during each PC operation, the Registry Hive "SFCScan" value of either 0, 1, or 2 would have not made any difference. Only the schedule would have changed.
Of course you could disable the entire Windows File Protection scanning process, but that is onother issue.
The only correct solution was to reformat and reinstall the O.S.
