The estimated price of the construction is 4 bln USD.

The hight will be 450 metres.

the project will include
180000 - hotel
400000 - business centre and offices
250000 - sport centre
the rest - entertaining center and mall
parking space for 16500 cars
estimated constructure time is 5 years.
